Returns & Exchange

Return

We offer refunds in case of defective items. Please contact our customer service team via email lefiery.official@gmail.com or message via Le Fiery’s Official Facebook or Instagram with photos and videos within 48 hours from the time you receive the goods, for refund request

Refunds will be issued as store credit and valid within 6 months of the date of issue. Original shipping fees are non-refundable

Exchange

We always aim to make sure you love our products so if you want to exchange we’re happy to help.

Exchange requests must be made within 7 working days from the date of delivery.

Apply 1 exchange per order.

All items returned must be in the same condition as received - in their original packaging attached with tags intact, unworn, unwashed, unaltered, free of any damages. We reserve the right to inspect the condition of the items before processing any returns.

You are responsible for the postal costs, customs duties and taxes for returned items. You are responsible for the item until it reaches us and kindly retain all proof mailing until an acknowledgement has been sent. In the event that any parcel returns by mail is lost, the lost item shall be ineligible for return or exchange and we shall not be liable for any costs incurred by you.

Do note that Exchanges are not allowed for the following:

  1. Sale items marked at 20% off or greater

  2. Items purchased from our pop-up events

  3. Customised/special request items

After completing a purchase, we will send you a confirmation email with detailed order information. If you wish to modify the order information, please email us at lefiery.official@gmail.com or message via Le Fiery’s Official Facebook or Instagram within 1 hour so that we can process and make the necessary changes.

  1. How can I cancel my order?

If you need to cancel your order, please email us at lefiery.official@gmail.com or message via Le Fiery’s Official Facebook or Instagram as soon as possible, along with your order number and the phone number used for the purchase, so that we can assist you promptly.

Please note that once an order has been prepared and shipped, we are unable to cancel the order at that time.
